Contributor Content

You affirm that all uploaded content is your own or properly licensed, and does not infringe on third-party rights.
Editorial Standards

Licensing and Usage

Prohibited Conduct

– Use bots or automated systems to manipulate platform functions.
Termination

Limitation of Liability

Contributor Agreement

Effective Date: The date on which the contributor first accesses ezpiks.com and agrees to its Terms and Conditions.
And: Any individual or entity (“Contributor”) who registers for a seller account on ezpiks.com or submits content for licensing or display.
By proceeding with the contributor exam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the ezpiks.com Contributor Agreement and Terms and Conditions. Completion of the exam constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Completion of the contributor exam does not guarantee approval or the right to submit content. ezpiks.com reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject any contributor based on the quality, originality, and editorial fit of their submitted work.
The platform may decline contributors whose submissions do not meet ezpiks.com’s standards for visual storytelling, factual clarity, or artistic merit.

Purpose
This agreement governs the terms under which contributors submit visual content (photographs, illustrations, metadata) to ezpiks.com for display, licensing, and editorial use.
Ownership and Rights
By submitting content, contributors grant ezpiks.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
– Display and promote the content on ezpiks.com.
– License the content to third parties for editorial or commercial use.
– Use the content in marketing, promotional, or editorial materials.
Licensing and Compensation
– Licensing of contributor content is subject to fees, determined by ezpiks.com.
-ezpiks.com will collect licensing fees and remit contributor earnings according to the platform’s payout terms.
Editorial Standards
All submitted content must meet ezpiks.com’s editorial and quality guidelines, including:
– Accurate, objective captions and metadata.
– Clear distinction between factual and creative language.
– Proper tagging and categorization.
– ezpiks.com reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove content that does not meet these standards.
AI Tools and Metadata
– ezpiks.com may offer AI-powered captioning or metadata suggestions.
– Contributors are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publication.
– Use of AI tools does not transfer editorial liability to ezpiks.com.
Representations and Warranties
Contributors affirm that:
– They own or have rights to all submitted content.
– Content does not infringe on third-party rights or violate laws.
– Model or property releases are provided where applicable.
Termination
Contributors may terminate this agreement at any time by removing their content either by themselves or by asking ezpiks.com to suspend and or delete their account. ezpiks.com may suspend or terminate contributor accounts for violations of this agreement or platform policies.
Limitation of Liability
ezpiks.com is not liable for:
– Unauthorized third-party use of contributor content.
– Loss of data due to technical issues.
– Disputes arising from licensing or editorial decisions.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Virginia State in the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state of Virginia in the United States of America.

License Types

One Time Use License

EZPIKS.COM ONE-TIME USE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This One-Time Use License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between EZPIKS.COM (“Licensor”) and the individual or entity (“Licensee”) purchasing or downloading the licensed content (“Content”) from ezpiks.com.

1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Content for a single, specified use, as detailed at the time of purchase or download. This license is limited to the following:
• One-time use in a single project, publication, or campaign.
• Use in either print or digital format, but not both unless explicitly authorized in writing by Licensor at the time of purchase or download.
• No use in merchandise, resale, templates, or any product for distribution.

2. Restrictions
Licensee shall not:
• Reuse, republish, or redistribute the Content beyond the scope of the licensed use.
• Modify, crop, or overlay the Content in a way that misrepresents its original context or meaning.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Content.
• Use the Content in any defamatory, unlawful, or misleading manner.

3. Ownership and Attribution
All rights, title, and interest in the Content remain with the original creator and/or Licensor.

4. Term and Termination
This license is effective upon download or purchase and remains in force until the licensed use is completed. Any breach of this Agreement will result in immediate termination of the license, without refund, and may result in legal action.

5. Indemnification
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor and its contributors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Licensee’s use of the Content.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications regarding the Content.

By downloading or purchasing the Content, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Royalty Free License
EZPIKS.COM ROYALTY-FREE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This Royalty-Free License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between EZPIKS.COM (“Licensor”) and the individual or entity (“Licensee”) purchasing or downloading licensed content (“Content”) from ezpiks.com.
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Content for permitted purposes, without additional royalties or recurring fees, subject to the restrictions below.
Permitted uses include:
• Editorial, commercial, and promotional use in print and digital media.
• Social media, websites, blogs, and advertising campaigns.
• Internal presentations, reports, and non-resale merchandise.

2. Restrictions
Licensee may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Content as a standalone file.
• Use the Content in any product or template intended for resale or distribution (e.g., stock bundles, design templates).
• Claim authorship or imply endorsement by the creator or Licensor.
• Use the Content in any defamatory, obscene, or unlawful manner.

3. Ownership and Attribution
All rights, title, and interest in the Content remain with the original creator and/or Licensor. Attribution may be required if specified at the time of download or purchase.

4. No Exclusivity
This license is non-exclusive. The same Content may be licensed to other parties under similar or different terms.

5. Term and Termination
This license is perpetual unless terminated for breach. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Content and delete all copies.

6. Indemnification
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor and its contributors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Licensee’s use of the Content.

7. Governing Law
