Norfolk, VA, USA - 05/17/2024: The torch bearer statue in front of the main entrance of Chrysler Museum of Art. The museum was founded in 1933 as Norfolk Museum of Arts and Sciences. In 1971 it was named after automotive heir, Walter P. Chrysler Jr. (whose wife, Jean Outland Chrysler, was a native of Norfolk), who donated most of his extensive collection to the museum.
